When United decided to spend over £35m on a relatively unknown 19 year old forward, media and fans were right about being sceptical about the move.
But since his goal scoring debut against Liverpool, Martial has metamorphosed into one of the best young forward in Europe.
His skill, eye for goal, composure and calmness have made him a fan favorite at Old Trafford. He's United leading goal scorer this season, with 17 goals.
He has been chosen by Metro, as the top striker in their best eleven new signings of this Premier League season.
The impressive eleven included Leicester City midfield monstar N’Golo Kante, West Ham's free kick specialist Dimitri Payet, Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne and Liverpool's Roberto Firmino who plays behind Martial in a 4-5-1 formation.
