The former Manchester United defender has urged Premier League teams to go after Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The striker has confirmed that he would be leaving PSG this summer. He recently claimed he knows his next club, though he refused to open up on that.
Ferdinand believes the 34 year old will more charisma and confidence to the league.
The Swede scored 48 goals this season for PSG in all competitions, with 38 of those coming in the League compared to United's tally of 46 league goals this season.
