Manchester United youngster named in Country's final Euro squad

Manchester United defender Paddy McNair has been named in the Northern Ireland final 23 man squad for the European Championship.

The defender has had a tough time breaking into the United starting team and will be hoping he can impress new United manager José Mourinho with nice performance at the Euro's.

He only made nine appearances for United last season.

Northern Ireland boss Michael O’Neill has been experimenting the 21 year old as a holding midfielder.

He put in a good performance in the midfield, where he played in their 3-0 friendly win Belarus.

Former Manchester United defender Jonny Evans is also in the squad.
