Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling has been impressed with Rashford's disposition in the few time they've spent together in the England camp.
Rashford's rise to fame has been quick and impressive. The 18 year old made his Manchester United debut in February, and has since then played a vital role in United's season. He scored eight goals for the team.
On the international stage, Rashford scored his debut goal within three minutes of being on the pitch, making him the youngest debutant to score a goal for the Three Lions. Despite all this Rashford has always appear cool and calm, and this has gotten to Sterling.
"I would say to him (Rashford) to keep on doing what he is doing," Sterling told BT Sports.
"He is humble around the place and quiet and I like that.
"He has been really eager since he joined up. He has been friendly with everyone and he's really nice to have around."
Rashford has signed a new four year deal with United.
Rashford must keep his cool and keep improving. If Rashford continues with his current form, he will end up a United star and legend.
