Manchester United could confirm Mourinho within the next 48 hours - Report

Manchester United are set to sack Van Gaal regardless of the outcome of the FA Cup final with Crystal Palace according to reports.

Emanuele Giulianelli  an Italian football expert in an exclusive on Tribal football said:

"José will be confirmed on Monday, 23 two days after the FA Cup final.

According to the report both parties are just sorting out some minor issues about Mourinho's  staff, like the physical trainer and his deputies. And the deal is expected to go through without problems.

The Mirror also seconds the story that Van Gaal would be sacked irrespective of the outcome of the FA Cup final.

United have missed out on Champions League football for the second time in three years, and the United board and owners are not happy with this.

According to the Mirror: "Woodward and, United's owners the Glazer family are finally ready to turn to Mourinho rather than let Van Gaal see out the last year of his contract."
