Revealed: Jose Mourinho rejects 'Behavior Clause' in Manchester United contract

The Portuguese is expected to sign a deal worth £15m per year when he finalises the deal that will confirm him as the new Manchester United manager.

The deal will place him on par with his closest rival Pep Guardiola of Manchester City, and make him one of the highest paid manager in the world.

However while negotiating the deal,  according to Daily Mail,  Manchester United executives were worried about Mourinho's behavior on the touchline and tried to insert a behavior clause in the deal.

The Portuguese however rejected the clause.

Mourinho is known to be egoistical and has a history of getting into the bad books of League authorities.

Mourinho almost got physical with then Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova. His last reign at Chelsea was marred with controversy with club doctor Eva Carneiro.

The United board will be hoping Mourinho will be matured enough to fit perfectly into the managerial requirements at Old Trafford.
