The Frenchman has been a revelation since his surprise move to United last summer. After scoring on his debut against Liverpool, the 20 year has been an ever Present figure for United this season.
He is the team's current highest goal scorer in all competitions with 15 goals, and has scored a lot of vital goals for United.
His debut goal against Liverpool won him the United's goal of the season award at the Red's award ceremony held on Monday night.
Reacting to his award, the Frenchman think the Old Trafford atmosphere the day he scored his debut helped him.
"It was a fantastic atmosphere on the day and thankfully the manager had confidence in me to put me on.
"The guys really backed me up and it's thanks to them that I was able to score.
Martial has also settled in exceptionally well, and think scoring early helped in settle well.
"Scoring goals earlier in the season certainly helped me to settle in and I had the support of the staff and the players which really helped too."
