Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin has been left out of the France squad for the European Championship starting in June.
Schneiderlin was in the French team to the last World Cup in Brazil.
His most recent move to United from Southampton was believed to be one in the right direction, that will aid his reputation and standing in the national team.
The reverse is the case, as he's experience a dip in form, hasn't been a starter for United and missing out of the squad was long coming.
United's all round performance this season may have also contributed to his missing out.
He hasn't been helped with the emergence of Leicester City's N’Golo Kante, who made his debut in March.
United forward, Anthony Martial made the squad, while former United defender Patrice Evra also made the list.
Here's the full confirmed French 23 man squad:
Goalkeepers: Benoit Costil, Hugo Lloris, Steve Mandanda.
Defenders: Lucas Digne, Patrice Evra, Christophe Jallet, Laurent Koscielny, Eliaquim Mangala, Jeremy Mathieu, Bacary Sagna, Raphael Varane.
Midfielders: Yohan Cabaye, Lassana Diarra, N'Golo Kante, Blaise Matuidi, Paul Pogba, Moussa Sissoko.
Forwards: Kingsley Coman, Andre-Pierre Gignac, Olivier Giroud, Antoine Griezmann, Anthony Martial, Dimitri Payet.
