The Manchester United goalkeeper has hinted that his time at Old Trafford is about to come to an end.
He greeted United fans, and promised to see them soon.
The former Barcelona shot stopper has had a torrid time at United. Having made only two first team appearances, last season, he started this season on the back foot, when Van Gaal decided to sign Sergio Romero. When De Gea was having issues with his reported transfer to Madrid.
He has been barred from training with the United first team, and has hardly appeared for the U-21 side.
His destination is still unknown at present, as no club has confirmed signing the goalkeeper, while United have not released an official statement.
