Atletico transfer ban affecting United in Saul's pursuit.

The FIFA ban on  Atletico Madrid's transfer dealings  is affecting United in their bid to sign Saul Niguez.

The capital club cannot register new players for the next two transfer window, (If the ban is not upturned), with this in consideration, the club is very reluctant to let any player in the current squad leave.

United have been reportedly interested in the midfielder and were willing to offer €20m for the player.

But Spanish football expert,   Guillem Balague doesn't think the move can happen soon. Answering questions on Skysports, he said:

"The latest I've heard is Manchester United have put an offer of €20m on the table but Atletico Madrid don't want to let him go. And considering the ban, they won't let him go, so I think that's the end of that. Even if they met the buy-out clause, the player still has to want to go, and as it stands, he doesn't."
