Manchester United's consistent inconsistency this season has made the team's final position come the end of the season highly unpredictable.
United have not lost any match this year, and defeated Liverpool last weekend. The team currently lies fifth on the table, two points behind fourth place Tottenham, and seven behind table toppers Arsenal.
The Skysports pundit believes United will make the top four, finishing behind Tottenham, and cited the Liverpool victory as United's needed catalyst for the rest of the season.
He told Skysports:
I've been United's biggest critic but Sunday's win at Liverpool was anmassive result and one that has convinced me that they will now get fourth spot. I can't remember the last time they were impressive and that says something. You don't just keep getting lucky.
"They're in touching distance and they haven't even started playing yet. They got a lot of criticism for their performance against
Sheffield United but it was difficult for them with 10 men sat behind the ball."
Here's Paul's final prediction for the top four for this season
1st. Manchester City
2nd. Arsenal
3rd. Tottenham
4th. Manchester United
