The United youngster has enjoyed an exponential rise over the last four months into the the senior side.
He made his Manchester United debut in February and by June, he's made his competitive debut for the Three Lions as he came on as a substitute in England's 2-1 win over Wales. An appearance that made him the youngest player to feature for England in the European Championship.
Hodgson has been impressed with Rashford's attitude and skill.
"Rashford has been very good in training, very lively." He said.
"Of course he’s new to us, the way we try to play, the way we try to attack and defend, but he’s picking that up every day.
"But what he has got is an incredibly good technique for a very young player.
"He's got that pace and athleticism, which are, pretty good things to have when you are 18.
"He’s not scared at all. He’s had a happy day,(against Wales) and there will be unhappy days, so go back to the hotel and enjoy it."
Fans will be hoping the the 18 year old can get more playing time as England progress in the competition.
