Former Manchester United midfielder, Paul Scholes is set to play in India as he becomes the next big star to join the Premier Futsal league.
The Englishman made 499 league appearances for United, in a career that spans for about 20 years, and includes 25 trophies. The midfielder retired in 2011 but was recalled by Sir Alex in 2012 and he won the League again, before finally retiring in 2013.
He is set to join Barcelona midfielder Deco, former United and Atletico Madrid striker Falcao, in a league where former Portuguese star Luis Figo is the President.
The new indoor football league in India wll kick off in July.
The league will be played in eight cities with the likes of Kolkata, Mumbai and New Delhi.
Would be great to see him with his thunderous long shots again..
