Mourinho to send United star out on loan

The Manchester United manager is preparing to send striker James Wilson out on loan following the meteoric rise of Marcus Rashford.

Wilson spent the most of last season on loan at Brighton, and is reportedly set for another season out of Old Trafford.

The 20 year old scored five goals for Brighton in 27 Championship matches, and will not be short of offers.

According to the Sun, José Mourinho will meet with Wilson and other fringe players in the United setup to discuss their future, where he is expected to tell Wilson he can leave for the season.

Birmingham, Aston Villa, and some clubs will most likely be interested in having the player on their books.

With Rashford, Martial, and the expected signing of Ibrahimovic or another top striker, sending Wilson out is the best option for his development.

Hopefully he will return a more experienced and matured player.
