Manchester United star told to look for new club - Report

Manchester United defender Marcos Rojo has been told he is surplus to requirement at Old Trafford.

The Argentine defender joined United in 2014,  for £16m from Sporting Lisbon but has failed to impress, struggled with injuries and consistency.

According to Duncan Castles in One World Sports United have informed the 26 year old that he has no future under Mourinho, and  that he should begin to find a new club.

The player has attracted interest from  Italy, Spain and China.  United are prepared to accept an offer in the region of £10m for the player, who made 35 appearances for the first team in his two seasons at Old Trafford.

United have already signed Eric Bailly, which may cause a lot of changes in Mourinho's defensive setup. Defenders like Jones, and Darmian are also facing uncertainty as regards to their future under the Portuguese.

Rojo will be hoping to help Argentina to a Copa America triumph when they take on Chile in finals on Sunday morning.
