Juventus name record price for Manchester United target

Manchester United will have to pay a whopping transfer fee  of €160m to land midfield target Paul Pogba, according to Marca.

New United manager Mourinho is reportedly keen on bringing the Frenchman back to Old Trafford. United face stiff competition from Real Madrid in the race to sign the player.

Chelsea, Manchester City, PSG and Barcelona have also been linked with the player, but are believed to be behind United and Real.

The Italian Champions are very reluctant to let Pogba leave, but a mouth watering offer of €160m would spark a deal.

United have lacked physical presence and steel in the middle of the park, and it remains if the United board will be willing to offer that much for a player that left United for Italy four years ago.

United will have to act fast to lure Pogba to Old Trafford as Real have reportedly started negotiations with the player offering him an €8m per year deal.

The French connection between Real manager Zidane and Pogba could also help the Spanish giants during negotiations.
