Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been included in Sweden's 35 man provisional Olympic squad.
The 34 year old is currently playing at the European Championship, and is the team's captain, but will make the final decision if he wants to be included in the Olympic squad or not.
Zlatan has reportedly agreed a deal with United, and will have his medicals after the European Championships.
According to the coach of the Olympic team Hakan Ericson:
"It could be a new phase in his career, and Zlatan has said that he is willing to wait until after the Euros [to decide]. I want to keep open the tiniest gap that might exist, because it would be fantastic to bring Zlatan."
The Olympics will run between August 4 - 20 in Rio (Brazil).
If Ibra decides to go to the Olympics, then he would likely not feature in United's preseason, and will also miss the first two games against Bournemouth and Southampton.
