Real Madrid preparing to meet De Gea's £30m buyout clause this summer

Real Madrid will comeback for Manchester United's goalkeeper in the summer.

But this time, Madrid are prepared to meet his buy out clause, according to Sky Sports Spanish football expert Guillem Balague.

De Gea was the subject of a long lasting transfer battle between both teams last summer, and according to reports a late deal was agreed, but the deal wasn't registered in time for the player to make the move.

The player has since faced his United career, after Van Gaal relegated him to the bench during the saga. He has signed a new contract with United, and has been one of the stand out performers in the United team.

But with United facing the reality of next season without Champions League football, and Madrid not relenting in their pursuit of the Spaniard, United may have to brace up for another summer of battle.

Balague in a Q&A session on Sky Sports, wrote:

"Real Madrid will go David de Gea again. There is already a buy-out clause in his contract at 30million.

"Real will go for him at that price, that’s for sure. People will question why there is a need to go for De Gea if Keylor Navas is playing so well.

"But De Gea will be Spain’s No 1 for the next decade, that’s the quality of ‘keeper they’ll be getting."
