The former United striker expects Liverpool to knock out United of the competition.
Liverpool travel to Old Trafford with a two goal advantage, and United must score three unreplied goals to stand a chance of making it through.
Owen wrote on his Betvictor column:
"Liverpool arrive at Old Trafford with a two-goal lead after a comfortable defeat of United in the first leg at Anfield and should qualify with the minimum of fuss midweek.
"I was commentating on United’s FA Cup quarter-final against West Ham at the weekend and was left far from impressed by Louis Van Gaal’s side, who needed a late goal from striker Anthony Martial to earn a replay at Upton Park.
"With their two-goal cushion the Reds should advance to the next round at the expense of their most fierce rivals."
It is a difficult but not impossible task for United.
