Manchester United have released their plans for the summer without mentioning the name of their current manager Van Gaal.
The three page report highlights the fact that United will travel to the far East to play some pre season friendlies which include a match with neighbours Manchester City.
Also Vice Chairman Ed Woodward talked about United's increasing fan base in China, but failed to talk about the United's manager.
United will play in the International Champions Cup (ICC) and face Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City on Friday 22 July and Monday 25 respectively.
There's been wide speculation about his future, with a lot pointing to the fact that both parties would part way in the summer.
Jose Mourinho has been touted to be the next United manager and reports of the Portuguese signing a pre- contract have surfaced. United are yet to release any statement to counter such claims which has added spice to the rumour.
United have been knocked out of the Champions League and the Europa Cup, while their top four hopes was restored with a 1-0 win.
United's only hope of a trophy is the FA Cup where United travel to Upton Park to face West Ham in the replay of the fifth round.
