4-2-3-1: My Manchester United eleven to face West Brom: Carrick back, Fosu-Mensah starts

Manchester United will be hoping to make it five wins in five when they face West Brom. United can move closer to Arsenal that have dropped points over their last few matches. A win for United will move United two points behind the Gunners and level on points with City who have a game in hand.

David De Gea starts in goal.

The back four for United is usually highly unpredictable and the starting back four may not be decided until few minutes to the game.
Rojo continues on the left back, while Blind and Fosu-Mensah continue their partnership in the centre. Chris Smalling could be back, but Van Gaal didn't give any update on the Englishman in his press conference ahead of the game. The young dutch defender put in a good performance against Watford and could start again. Darmian starts on the right after coming in as a sub in the game against Watford.

Michael Carrick returns to the team after being rested for the Watford clash. He partners Morgan Schneiderlin who was fantastic last time out.

Depay get  benefit of my doubt to start, he was flat against Watford, but should pick himself up again else he may return to the bench, Mata starts in the number 10 role while Lingard starts on the right. Rashford had a good game on the right against Watford, but should start this game from the bench.

Martial leads the line.
