The Former Manchester United defender has been named boss of the Spanish side. Neville who currently works as a pundit with Sky sports will be in charge at the Mestalla till the end of the season.
It will be his first managerial job, though he has been part of Roy Hodgson back staff in the English national team.
Garry's brother Phil has been working with the team since the resignation of Nuno Espirito Santo.
"Valencia have reached an agreement with English coach Gary Neville for him to be coach of the first team until June 30, 2016," was the official statement from the club.
