Wayne Rooney reacts to England's 1-1 draw with Russia

The Three Lions captain says he's gutted the team conceded a late goal, but would rather focus on lots of positives from the game.

England looked like winning the game, when Eric Dier curled in a freekick late into the second half, after England had been the best team for most of the game.

Wayne Rooney was substituted on the 78th minutes in move that didn't go down well with a lot of fans. Rooney playing in the midfield, had a fantastic game, controlling the game with his passes.

Russia nicked in a late equaliser in extra time through a Vasili Berezutski header.

Rooney is already looking forward to the next game. He posted this on Facebook:

"Gutted to concede late on last night but lots of positives to take from the game. Looking forward to the next game against Wales ‪#‎Euro2016‬‪ #‎England

England must get a decent result against Wales, who won their first game against Slovakia, to stand a chance of making it past the group stage.
