The former Manchester United manager have reportedly approve and is ready to welcome José Mourinho as Manchester United's next manager.
Ferguson, a board member at Old Trafford is believed to be one of the major opposition to the Portuguese appointment as the next United boss.
He has been supportive of current manager Van Gaal and recently pleaded for more patience with the Dutchman which didn't go down well with a large number of the United supporters.
However according to Red Issue Fergie and his anti -Mourinho board members are anticipating the arrival of the former Chelsea manager and will welcome him warmly.
