This will sure bring mixed feelings among United fans, that first want Van Gaal out of United.
The Dutchman has been under intense criticism for most of this season mainly for his playing pattern and questionable selections. There has been rumors that the Dutchman winning the FA Cup may keep him as United manager for one more season.
Mourinho is the fans favorite to replac LVG, and news that a deal has not been reached will not be pleasant to United fans.
PSG have recently been linked with the former Chelsea manager, and the fear is that United may lose out on the Portuguese for the second time.
