The former United defender want Leicester to win the Premier League title but not at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The Foxes need only three more points to be champions, and a win at Old Trafford this Sunday can confirm them champs.
"Not at Old Trafford, we’re not having that.'' Ferdinand told Talksports.
“It’s not a nice feeling when a team wins at your ground, but wherever they win it, they deserve it this year.
"They’ve been the best team, they’ve been strong and really, really good unit and I think you sense that they’ve got a really good team unit and a good spirit amongst them."
United on their side need the three points to boost their top four hopes.
With City and Arsenal squaring up against each other next week, United need to win all their remaining matches to stand any chance of upstaging either of the two teams above them.
It all begins with the three points against the Foxes.
