United have enjoyed a great week with two vital wins.
First United knocked out West Ham to book a date with Everton at Wembley for the Semifinal of the FA Cup.
United then defeated Aston Villa to confirm their relegation status.
Schweinsteiger is out for the rest of the season, but is still with his teammates in spirit. He tweeted this after the Villa victory:

United will be hoping Chelsea can get the better of Manchester City, to reduce the point difference between both teams.
United victory narrowed the point difference to one and a Chelsea victory can keep it at that for the next round of matches.
