The Manchester United manager believes Manchester United will not lose players because of the team's failure to qualify for the Champions League.
United are currently fifth on the table, four points behind neighbours City, with six games to go.
United's chances of qualifying for the Champions League may come to naught, even if they make the top four.
With Manchester City and Liverpool still in the hunt for European glory, if both teams win their European competition respectively. Then the fourth place team will still not make the Champions League, but qualify for the UEFA Cup.
"There is not any player who wants to go away, I think." The Dutchman said.
"And when another club wants to pay the figures that the board of Manchester United demand, then it is possible.
"But that is dependent on the board, of the decision of the board if a player can go."
The lack of Champions League football at Old Trafford next season will surely make top team come for United players.
Real Madrid will most likely return for David De Gea in the summer, while the likes of Barcelona, Juventus and Atletico Madrid have been linked with players like Juan Mata and Ander Herrera.
The departure of players from Manchester United in the summer will most likely depend on who manages the team next season.
