The former Manchester United star has never shut the door of a return to United, even though the possibility of his return is diminishing by the day.
Manchester United are known to be interested in bringing Ronaldo back to Old Trafford if the opportunity presents itself.
Spanish football expert Guillem Balague, has however stated that the Portuguese will choose French Champions PSG over United, while also claiming that United are far behind in the race to sign the player.
In a Q&A session with fans, when asked if news linking Ronaldo with a return to United is true, he replied:
"No, this is not true. At the moment PSG are the club that are trying to put a big financial offer in place.
“I personally think that PSG have convinced Ronaldo, but they obviously have to put it all in financial terms and convince Real Madrid too.
