Anthony Martial opens up on how he stay fit

The Frenchman has been one  surprise packages at Old Trafford this season.

He has managed to stay fit for most part of the season, and has been in form almost all through the season.

The most expensive teenager in world football however does not believe in too much training in the gym. He only does that to work on his abdominal muscles and fears that too much of work in the gym can make him lose some agility.

Speaking on his training in the gym he said:

"In truth, I don’t really enjoy doing weights in the gym too much – I don’t do an awful lot of it, really.

"I do a little bit just for muscle tone more than anything, but not a huge amount.

"I’m wary that if I do a lot of gym work, I might bulk up too much and lose that agility, so I try to limit what I do and simply do some strengthening  of my abdominal muscles."
