Manchester United make record bid for midfield ace - Report

Manchester United have reportedly made a British record bid of £60m for former midfielder Paul Pogba.

According to Sunsports, Mourinho has sanctioned the record bid to bring the Juventus ace back to Old Trafford.

Mourinho sees the 22 year old as the ideal player to bring stability to the United midfield.

United have reportedly make an initial bid of £48m, plus £12m in add-ons, depending on the players appearances and success.

Juventus are yet to respond to the offer. Letting Pogba leave was one of the few transfer mistakes Sir Alex made in his illustrious United career.

Juventus are resigned to losing the player, who thinks he's won everything possible with the Old Ladies, and may be seeking fresh challenge elsewhere.

Pogba  left United for Juventus four years ago as a free agent, after he failed to breakthrough into the  United first team setup.

He has since metamorphosed into one of the best midfielders in world football and a return to United will delight a lot of a United fans.
