Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger has been declared perfectly fit for the European Championship.
The German captain sustained his injury while training with the national team in March, and has not played since then.
He has been in race against time, to be fit for the competition and opened up recently that he is on schedule.
Manager Low included him in the final 23 man squad on the advice of the German medical team, that Bastian would be OK to play in the competition.
Assistant manager Sorg speaking ahead of their last friendly match with Hungary has opened up that the 31 year old is fully fit ahead of the competition which starts in nine days time.
