Chelsea defender opens upon the possibility of joining United.

Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has ruled out the possibility of joining his former boss Mourinho at United, believing José won't give him a a 'come and join me call'.

The Portuguese signed the Frenchman from Saint-Etienne Chelsea in 2014.

The defender enjoyed a steady rise at Chelsea and before his injury was seen as a perfect replacement for the ageing John Terry.

When asked about the possibility of joining Mourinho at United, he replied:

"I do not think he will call me, I think there are other problems to solve, but I am fine at Chelsea." He told MYTFI.

José is looking beyond Zouma it seems at Old Trafford, as United are reportedly close to completing the signing of Ivorian defender Eric Bailly from Villarreal.

Villarreal chiefs have confirmed that the move is possible once United meet their financial demands and the player is willing to make the switch.
