Tim Sparv is hoping his team can take advantage of United's recent poor performance that has made the United fans boo the team.
On several occasions this season, United fans have booed their team, and the Finish midfielder is hoping his team can play United to that extent.
The midfielder himself is a United fan, but on Thursday night will be hoping to knock out of the Europa League.
“Our approach will be to make it as difficult as possible for them and frustrate them in any way possible by being compact.
“If we can get the supporters booing them then that’s half a win for us. That makes our belief grow a bit and gives us more energy.”
United must overturn a one goal deficit at Old Trafford to qualify for the round of 16 of the Europa League, before hosting Arsenal on Sunday in the Premier League.
