David Luiz has voiced out his opinion that José Mourinho will not have any problem if he eventually becomes Manchester United's manager.
The former Chelsea boss is the fans and media favorite to take over from Van Gaal.
The PSG defender played under Mourinho at Chelsea and thinks the Portuguese will not have problems replicating his previous successes at Old Trafford.
“Jose won't be out of work for long, he never is.
“You can’t dispute the success he has had. That is why I am sure Manchester United are looking at him.
“I don’t think Jose would have any problem taking the Manchester United job. Yes, he will always care for Chelsea, but Jose does what is best for Jose.”
There have been speculation that he may be appointed United manager before United face Arsenal on February 28.
With the top four almost out of reach for United, any unwanted result will certainly be the last for Van Gaal.
