The trio of Anthony Martial, Chris Smalling and Daley Blind have been nominated for the United player for the month of December.

It's been a poor December for United as they were knocked out of the Champions League, and they could only manage two points from a total fifteen in the league.

Martial scored two goals out of the four United scored in the month. He was united best attacking outlet.

Smalling continued his impressive defensive performances for the team.

Dutchman Blind played all seven matches for United in December. His versatility  was an added advantage for him as he played both as a centre back and a left back for United.
