Matteo Darmian has won the award as the best right back in Italy for the 2014/2015 season.
The award was given to him at a gala night by the Associazione Italiana Calciatori (AIC) yesterday.
The right back has been impressive for the national team and Torino. His good form for his club earned him a move to Manchester United.
He started his United career in fine form and was Van Gaal's first choice for the first few matches before dip in form and injuries hampered his blossoming start to his United career.
