Van Gaal hoping for second leg rival against Liverpool

The Manchester United manager has not given up on the tie despite losing 2-0 from the first leg. United were the second best team on the night, and Van Gaal is hoping United can step up their game for the return leg next week.

United face an uphill task of scoring more at least three unreplied  goals, to make it through.

Speaking on the possibility of the return leg, Van Gaal said: (Via man United official website)

"You have to believe in everything. We can also create an atmosphere like Liverpool has done with their
fans. And then everything is possible. We have to give pressure to them. We did that in the second half but not the first half."

Do you think United can pull it off and make it through at Old Trafford?
