The former Manchester United striker is tipping West Brom to beat United, when both sides meet on Sunday.
United have won four of their last four matches, and will be hoping to extend their winning streak.
With Arsenal and Tottenham facing each other, United have another opportunity to close in on the top four teams.
Owen wrote in his blog for Bet victor “United just got over the line against Watford midweek but should be applauded given how many injuries they have had of late.
"United are unbeaten in nine PL games at the Hawthorns but if there is to be a winner on Saturday I think the Baggies might shade it."
That means Owen doesn't believe United have turned the corner fully.
