The Arsenal legend believes fellow countryman Laurent Blanc would definitely be tempted to take up the managerial post at United if the opportunity presents itself.
The PSG manager has been linked with United, and remains a visible and viable option. He has guided both Bordeaux and PSG to league titles in France, and is a former United player.
Henry wrote in the Sun:
"Blanc has done an amazing job at Paris Saint- Germain and has plenty of Old Trafford connections after spending the final years of his playing career there, although I’m not sure PSG would let him go.
''But Manchester United are still a bigger club than PSG and I can see why Laurent would be tempted if he gets the chance to become the new Ferguson.
"He has paid his dues at PSG and he is ready to step up to the challenge of coaching one of the world’s biggest clubs.
