With the European Championship months away, managers of qualified European countries face a dilemma of who and who should make the squad.
Sky Sports pundict Paul Merson was asked to select his first eleven for England's first game against Russia in the Championship. Only two United players made his first eleven.
They were Chris Smalling and Wayne Rooney.
Here's what Paul had to say on Smalling:
For me, Chris Smalling is a no-
brainer. He is one of the first names on the team sheet now. He gets better every time he plays - and has improved every week for the last couple of years.
In Paul's team Everton's John Stones partner Smalling in centre defence.
Here's what Paul said about Rooney:
Roy Hodgson will definitely start him and for me he's still the first name on the team sheet.
He's played more than 100 games for his country, he's our all-time leading goalscorer and he's still an exceptional footballer.
Fast forward to the Euros and imagine if Wayne Rooney wasn't in the line-up. That would be a huge shock and Russia would be absolutely delighted."
Rooney for Paul starts on the left side of the England's attack, while Kane leads the line.
