The United manager claims he is a happy coach after seeing his team put Stoke to the sword with three unreplied goals.
It was one if United's best home performance at Old Trafford this season, as United scored two first half goals.
Speaking after the game to MUTV, Van Gaal said:
"Yes, I am a happy coach. When you see how we created the goals, with fantastic play building up from the back and finishing - that’s what I like."
United travel to Stanford Bridge to face Chelsea next.
