Manchester United have recalled young goalie Dean Henderson from his loan at Stockport. This follows injury to United's number one David De Gea and Sam Johnstone.
Henderson had just extended his loan deal at Stockport on Tuesday, but with De Gea's injury, Unites are short of goalkeepers.
A statement from Manchester United's official website reads:
Manchester United goalkeeper Dean Henderson has been recalled from a loan spell at Stockport County following injuries to fellow shot-stoppers David De Gea and Sam Johnstone.
Henderson, who turns 19 next month, has been gaining first-team experience in the Conference North but could now be involved in United's senior squad for Monday's Emirates FA Cup tie at Shrewsbury Town.
