Manchester United begin their Europa League journey with an injury ravaged squad. Wayne Rooney, Matteo Darmian, Borthwick-Jackson and Maroune Fellaini all joining the unavailable list.
United have got a lot of youngsters in the travelling squad, while one or two of them will start, Van Gaal will be hoping his starting eleven can win him the game, without much needed effort from the young bench.
David De Gea starts in goal.
United's back four for this tie will be a makeshift.
I'll expect Blind to start at left back, due to Borthwick-Jackson's absence. Smalling and McNair start in the middle of the defence. Donald Love will need a lot of cover as he starts at right back, replacing injured Darmian.
Fellaini is out, so Carrick and Schneiderlin get to start in the midfield.
Depay gets my vote to start on the left, as Martial would be pushed forward. Mata starts in his favorite number 10 role, while Lingard starts on the right.
Martial leads the line.
