Villarreal midfielder Bruno Soriano believes his former teammate and new Manchester United signing Eric Bailly is a great player with huge potentials.
The 22 year old Ivorian joined United as José Mourinho's first signing.
Little was known about the player before his transfer to Manchester United, but Soriano, 32 thinks United have signed someone who will be important in the future.
"I think he is a great player and he is a great person," Soriano said.
"He has a huge potential.
"We'll see what he can do at Manchester United but I think he will be an important player in the future."
Bailly has received commendations from a number of Spanish football experts as a young raw, powerful defender.
United will be hoping he matures into a top and world class defender in the nearest future.
