Hull City planning loan move for Man United star

Hull City are reportedly interested in Manchester United defender Phil Jones.

The defender endured a frustrating season last season, as he battled with injury, fitness and consistency that made him feature for the United first team 13 times in all competitions.

According to the Daily Mail, the Tigers would seek a move for the Englishman once they guarantee Steve Bruce as manager for next season.

The Tigers would be looking at the possibility of signing the defender on season long loan.

Mourinho may consider sending Jones out on loan as the player has struggled to impress in the last twelve months.

Mourinho has already signed a centre back in Eric Bailly meaning Jones will face more competition for a starting place next season.
