Legendary Ivorian defender Kolo Toure says the whole country is honoured with Eric Bailly's move to Manchester United.
The 22 year old defender is José Mourinho's first signing as United manager.
He joined from Villarreal and is believed to be young raw defender that can mature into a top defender at Old Trafford.
