Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian is hopeful he will be at United next season, but admits he hasn't heard from the new United manager.
Darmian, currently with the Italian national team at the European Championship has been linked with a move away from United.
Two United players Paddy McNair whose Northern Ireland team were knocked out by Wales and Marouane Fellaini, confirmed that they got text messages from Mourinho.
Darmian is however hopeful of remaining a United player.
"Today I am a United player. I have a contract and I think I will continue next season. But I have not heard from Mourinho." He said.
The player has been linked with Juventus in recent times, while there's been report that he could be part of a deal for Chelsea's Nemanja Matic.
Could it be that Mourinho has other plans for Darmian?
Time will tell.
