4-2-3-1: My Manchester United eleven to face Stoke: Carrick and Januzaj to start

Manchester United will be hoping to kick off February on a bright note, by returning to winning ways in the league.

The 3-1 win over Derby was a perfect boost, and only a few changes should be expected from the lineup that won the game.

De Gea unquestionably starts in goal.

Expect to see the same back four that started against Derby. Varela and Borthwick-Jackson have showed composure and maturity in the F.A Cup win so they start again.

Michael Carrick is back, and he showed what United had been lacking in vision, with his role in the third goal against Derby, I expect him to start, alongside Schneiderlin. Fellaini looks good on paper against a physical Stoke City side, but the Belgian often disappoints when you expect him to use his physical presence maximally. So expect Schneiderlin to do the dirty job in the midfield.
Martial starts in the left side of the attack, with Mata starting in the middle behind the striker. Lingard started against Derby, but has been unconvincing of late, Januzaj's for me should be given a start ahead of him.

No doubt Wayne Rooney leads the line upfront.

That my most preferred starting eleven, What's yours?
