Manchester United transfer update: Mane, Anderson, Perez

The January transfer window is fast approaching, clubs in Europe are gearing up to fortify their respective teams.

Loius Van Gaal has come out to say his team needs fast and creative wingers, this may just be a  way of the Dutchman telling the media his plans for the january transfer window.

The Daily Mail is reporting that names such as Lazio's Felipe Anderson, Southampton's Sadio Mane,  Leicester's Riyad Mahrez and Ajax's Anwar El Ghazi are being discussed at Old Trafford.

It  is also reported that United's chief scout Jim Lawlor has bee n on the trail of  Lazio's Felipe Anderson for some time.

Sadio Mane is another name that was linked to United towards the end of the last summer transfer window, but a move didn't materialize, it's left to be seen if United will continue their pursuit of the forward.

Telegraph is also reporting that United could put in a January transfer bid for Newcastle Spanish striker  Ayoze Perez. The 22 year old is also a reported target for Arsenal and Tottenham.
